The “Super Fun Night” star has undergone different changes throughout 2020, vowing to make a big turn on her appearance and her wellbeing and so far succeeding.
40-year-old Australian comedian and actress Rebel Wilson has undergone a dramatic transformation during the current year, and in addition to losing nearly 40 lbs. since January, she recently changed her hairstyle, as she shared in social media.
On September 18, 2020, Wilson took to her Instagram Stories to post a couple of images from the last time she cut her hair, consisting of a pair of mirror selfies that show her stylist working on her hair and the “after.”
In the first snapshot, stylist Nicole Leal can be seen behind Wilson wearing a facemask as she manipulates the actress’ blonde hair at the beauty salon.
“LA peeps, if you need color, cut, or extensions, @mrsnicoleleal,” Wilson wrote over the aforementioned image, promoting the services of Leal among those located in the Los Angeles area.

The second image appears to have been captured at Wilson’s home, more specifically in her dressing room, where an amused Wilson flashed a big smile at the camera as she stuck her tongue out.
WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY
Wilson has been flaunting her newfound confidence and self-love in recent months, after having declared 2020 her “year of health” and having successfully dropped around 40 lbs. as of September.
Starting in August, Wilson has been more open in social media about her weight loss journey, proudly showcasing the results of all her hard work by regularly posting selfies and modeling nice dresses that fit her beautifully.
On August 26, Wilson surprised her more than 8 million Instagram followers by appearing in a picture right outside her Los Angeles home as she wore a figure-fitting blue dress that made evident her dramatic change of size.
In another post, Wilson accompanied a snapshot of herself with a caption that thanked her fans and followers for the love they have been sending her, which has given her the extra strength she needed to reach her goal weight.
On the same caption, Wilson revealed that she was only 8 kg. (18 lbs.) behind her desired weight, and she said she hoped to get there before 2020 comes to an end.
Wilson has been working all through 2020 with the help of her personal trainer Jono Castano, who has guided the star through what he described as a holistic approach that focuses as much on exercising and nutrition.
It has also surfaced that Wilson has been practicing the Mayr Method diet plan since 2019, when she visited the VivaMayr wellness center in Austria in search of a way to reach her desired weight.
