Ingredients for Holy-Moly Guacamole:
4 avocados, halved, pitted and chopped.
1-2 small tomatoes, diced.
2-3 small red onions, diced.
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves and tender stems.
1 jalapeno or 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped.
2 teaspoons sea salt.
1/2 teaspoon cracked fresh peppercorns.
1/8 teaspoon Toasted Cumin seed powder.
Juice of 2 limes, or as per taste.
Tortilla chips, for serving.
