Eggs – Eggs are known as a great source of protein, however, they are also rich in vitamin D and calcium. Include eggs in your diet to ensure your teeth are strong and healthy.
Water- Water is a very important component of the body. Water not only helps clean the mouth, but it also helps improve the function of saliva. Water is also a rich source of various nutrients that can help you stay healthy.
Green tea – Green tea is super rich in antioxidants. Apart from aiding weight loss, these antioxidants can also inhibit the growth of bacteria in your mouth, and reduce the risk of teeth and gum disease.
