The good thing is that there are no weird ingredients and everything can be substituted with something else if you are not a fan. There is no specific ratio for this one, just mix it as you like. And it will be easy and quick because none of these smoothies will have more than five ingredients.
The smoothie is called: E-Mint-Em
Use Green Apples, Pineapple juice, Bananas, Ginger, and Mint. Cut the apples and banana in cubes small enough to not clog up your blender – bang it in the blender! And if the apples and bananas are frozen, it will make your smoothie extra refreshing! Add some pineapple juice for a healthy tang along with your desired amount of mint leaves – bang it in the blender! A mint plant is very cheap, easy to find and easy to maintain – you’ll always be able to use mint in any dish.Lastly – bang some ginger in the blender. If you don’t like ginger you can skip this one. Ginger is relatively cheap and because you only use a little amount at a time, it will last you a long while! It’s a detox smoothie so it’s loaded with nutrients.
