Love Island winner Nathan Massey has unveiled his glorious six-pack.
Overhauling his look, the dad-of-two showed off the rewards of his fitness labours after he lost half a stone in lockdown.
The reality star, 29, shared the secrets to his success with his fans as he hailed the MuscleFood’s Goal Getters diet and exercise plan for his weight loss.
Nathan achieved his astonishing abs when he committed to high intensity workouts with a low calorie and low fat meal plan.
Back on Love Island, he could gorge on all the treats he wanted.
But Nathan admitted as he’s got older he’s struggled to keep the pounds off.
He said: “When I was in Love Island I could eat and drink anything and it didn’t really impact my body. As I’ve got older I can’t do that anymore – it all goes onto my love handles!
“While Cara was pregnant, she was craving fish burgers, which meant I was always doing the takeaway run. I couldn’t get her something and not get myself a cheeky cheeseburger.
“The main thing I loved about this plan with Goal Getters was that it didn’t feel like a diet. I was still eating chocolate bars, pizzas and burgers, but I was in calorie deficit.”
His new diet allowed him to have porridge for breakfast, prepped pots for lunch and recipe kits for dinner.
His wife Cara De La Hoyde usually does all the cooking but now Nathan makes his own food after embarking on his fitness journey.

He added: “Normally Cara does all the cooking, but I was making my own food in the evening. The recipes were simple to follow and only took 15 minutes to make. My favourite was the Levi Roots Chicken Skewers.
“I can’t believe how much this has impacted my mind-set too. I feel so positive and full of energy, I’m up for anything!”
Nathan was delighted personal trainer Steve Ahern, who created the plans, was on hand via Facebook.
It’s been a busy few months for Nathan after he welcomed his daughter Delilah into the family household with his wife and son Freddie.
The loving dad gushed over his son Freddie saying he would be the “best big brother in the world”.
He said: “I’m loving being a dad of two, it’s the best job in the world!
“Freddie is obsessed with Delilah; he’s going to be the best big brother ever.
“We’re all settling into our routines now and I can’t wait to see them grow up together – just not too quickly!”
