5 mistakes to avoid while having eggs for weight loss

There is a common misconception that the yellow part of eggs is loaded with unhealthy fats, hence most people usually discard it from their diet. The yolk is indeed high in cholesterol, but that doesn’t inflate the cholesterol levels the way trans fats and saturated fat do. Moreover, it is packed with healthy nutrients like vitamin B2, B12 and D and minerals such as folate, phosphorus, selenium, calcium and zinc. Discarding the yellow part deprives you of all these micronutrients.
