If you are trying to follow a low carbohydrate diet, you are in for a treat. But first let us understand what a low-carb diet is. According to some weight-loss experts and fitness coaches, carbs get metabolised too soon, leaving you hungry soon after. You start craving for a quick snack which results in calorie-overload. Now a low-carb diet, does not restrict the consumption of carbs, but asks you to monitor it. Another interesting feature about this diet is choosing the ‘right’ kind of carb.
