Rebel Wilson Looks Better Than Ever As She Hits The Gym With Kardashian Trainer Gunnar Peterson


Peterson is famous for training stars like Khloe Kardashian – he is one of her go-to trainers on her show ‘Revenge Body.’

Actress Rebel Wilson has had an incredible weight loss journey so far, and she’s doing it with the help of intense personal trainer Gunnar Peterson.

The Hustle star has been sharing her weight loss transformation with her fans, and recently she shared a photo to Instagram declaring that the year 2020 was her “year of health.”

The star shared a photo on her Instagram stories working out in Peterson’s Los Angeles gym. Peterson is famous for training stars like Khloe Kardashian – he is one of her go-to trainers on her show Revenge Body. Model Kendall Jenner also ,usually tags Peterson in her workout posts.

Last month, Rebel shared that she hit her goal weight of 164 pounds. On her Instagram stories, she shared a photo of a scale and wrote, “Hit my goal weight with one month to spare! Even though it’s not about a weight number, it’s about being healthy. I needed a tangible measurement to have as a goal and that was 75kg’s.”

Now that she is working with Gunnar to maintain her healthy weight, she will be in for more intense training. According to Peterson’s website, he used to train Kim Kardashian West five days a week and described her as one of his hardest workers.

“Kim is hardcore. She does not whine or complain, she just comes in ready to work and she doesn’t stop,” Peterson shared.

Besides working out with one of Hollywood’s most famous personal trainers, Wilson’s body transformation is also thanks to sticking to a strict diet plan. The actress follows the Mayr Method diet plan, which helps individuals through “a signature detox that involves certain spa treatments, mental health sessions, and a thorough diet and fitness revamp,” according to a review published in Grazia.

Before the actress began her weight loss journey, she also told People that she would eat 3,000 calories every day.

“Before I was probably eating 3,000 calories most days, and because they were normally carbs, I would still be hungry,” Wilson shared, adding that now with the coronavirus, she has broken her bad habits and has found to love herself more.

“I definitely think with the slow down, it did help. I think I was emotional eating, and overeating at times because I wasn’t loving myself either. And it does come down to that self-worth and self-love,” she shared.

The actress is on a fantastic journey and fans are loving the fact that she is sharing this incredible weight loss transformation with them.
