Lockdown has been terrific for actress and CoverGirl spokesperson; Ayesha Curry as she flaunts her dramatic weight loss, following years of backlash for her comments on women’s bodies.
Cookbook author, restaurant owner, and wife of NBA athlete, Steph Curry, Ayesha Curry looks svelte in her latest post after revealing her 35-pound weight loss in May this year.

AYESHA’S DAILY MEAL PLAN
Training alone was not enough to get the Jamaican beauty to her goals, and after considering the role food plays even in her professional life, Ayesha has revealed what her meal plan consists of.
Intermittent fasting and portion control lie at the foundation of her diet, as she starts her day with hot water and a bulletproof coffee. Lunch is a salad and protein combo, such as salmon and kale, with protein and veggies for supper.
HER GO-TO BEAUTY REGIMEN
As someone who suffers from hormonal acne, there are even more benefits to maintaining a clean diet for healthy skin, as Ayesha has previously stated:
“I’ve been trying to take better care of my skin lately. And for me it’s been a series of trial and error.”
There are some techniques and products the beauty swears by, including receiving HydraFacials, which claim to remove impurities by peeling, exfoliating, and hydrating the skin.
BACKLASH FOR EARLIER COMMENTS
Even though Ayesha confidently shares bikini pictures these days, she has previously gotten into hot water for being disparaging about how women showcase their bodies on social media.
Now that she’s in her 30’s, Ayesha is prioritizing herself after spending her 20’s bearing and raising 3 children.
In 2015, fans were quick to call her out for the way she criticized how scantily-clad women were coming across on social media, whereas she preferred to keep herself covered.
AYESHA’S TIME TO SHINE
Ayesha is no stranger to negative comments about her weight. However, her protective instincts kicked when a commentator questioned the health of her son Carson (1), after revealing he weighed 30 pounds.
Now that she’s in her 30’s, Ayesha is prioritizing herself after spending her 20’s bearing and raising her children; including daughters Riley Elizabeth (7) and Ryan Carson (4).
She’s come a long way from the days of suffering insecurities, after revealing in a Red Table Talk interview how her husband’s female attention used to bother her, while she received no male attention.
This year, however, she’s abandoned that kind of thinking and is enjoying her newfound confidence and describes herself as a strong, fast, and resilient person who won’t wallow in negativity anymore.
