There are many foods that we think are unhealthy for the body but in reality they are not. Today we will tell you about such food items;

Egg with yolks: The genius circles are a powerhouse of nutrition and include various nutrients and minerals, 3 grams of protein, vitamin D, phosphorous, riboflavin and choline.

The ‘satisfaction’ hormones serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine help generate choline, a mitigating supplement necessary for neurological capacity. Lutein and zeaxanthin, two carotenoids which protect against vision misfortune, are rich in egg yolks. In comparison, the yolk has unsaturated fat in it, as opposed to conventional thought.

Potatoes: Potatoes offer multiple nutritional advantages when they are not deep fried. The big old potato contains 160 calories and is filled with essential nutrients such as vitamin B and iron, vitamin C, calcium, potassium, and fiber, and is one of the most nutritious foods. Their image as a waist-widening starch is what is feared, but they are also a source of a resistant starch called a fat-burning carb, which allows the body to burn fatter.

Instead of boiling, the easiest way to conserve the nutrients when frying potatoes is to bake and roast them. Drinking raw potato juice helps neutralize stomach acid and soothe stomach-aches, as potatoes are alkaline in nature. As one of the strongest anti-inflammatory juices, it also significantly serves to minimize discomfort and ease pain in cases of arthritis.

Ghee: Ghee, also known as clarified butter, is an ingredient associated with mother’s love in every Indian household. Compared to a teaspoon of olive oil, it has 5 more calories at 45, but is similar in offering strong flavor. Ghee is full of vitamins and good fatty acids that are fat-soluble, and ghee helps and has an impressive variety of health benefits that can range from developing solid bones to improving weight loss.

Butyric acid is a short-chain fatty acid group that is helpful to the gastrointestinal tract present in Ghee. Eating high-butyric acid foods such as ghee helps metabolism, lubricates muscles, battles inflammation in the intestine and increases overall gastrointestinal wellbeing.

Peanut Butter: The packaged one might pick up at the store isn’t what we’re talking about. Sugars and oils have been applied to several of the refined peanut butters that may have addictive, detrimental effects. We’re all about the safe gooeyness of gold produced at home. Peanut butter provides healthier fats, protein and fiber to keep you satisfied for a long time. LDL cholesterol levels in the body are decreased by healthy unsaturated fats and your chance of heart attack is reduced. With loads of vitamin E, niacin, folic acid, magnesium, and antioxidants, it is also a high-protein meal.

Dark Chocolate: Unlike its lighter sibling, the healthier version of sugar-laden milk chocolate, dark chocolate is filled with nutrients that can have a positive effect on your health. Dark chocolate is abundant in micronutrients such as fiber, iron, magnesium, copper, and manganese, and is filled with potent biologically active organic compounds such as antioxidant-functioning polyphenols, flavanols, and catechins.

The bitter chocolate flavor can help lower blood pressure and even reduce the risk of heart failure. Apart from these, bitter therapy may help boost mood and stimulate endorphin development. From tryptophan and phenylethylamine, dark chocolate gets its aphrodisiac properties that help improve sexual well-being.

Popcorn: Does it ever happen to someone that one of the healthier foods containing nutrition, vitamins, vitamin B, and manganese is your favorite movie snack, if free of excess salt, butter, caramel, and other flavourings? These translate into health benefits that include balanced blood sugar, reduced levels of cholesterol, enhanced digestive cycles, osteoporosis protection, cognitive deterioration prevention, prevention of premature aging, and weight loss assistance.

It is imperative that we use premium kernels, from organic, non-GMO corn, to achieve the proper health benefits, and pop it the correct way than in a microwave or in a pan.
